Legendary Nigerian midfielder John Mikel Obi met with the first lady of Cote d'Ivoire just before the 2023 Africa Cup of Nations draw in Abidjan.

The ex-Chelsea defender, who was in the company of Ivorian legend and former Blues teammate Didier Drogba was welcomed by the First Lady, Mrs Dominique Ouattara.

Mikel was one of the assistants for the draw process and shared the beautiful clip on his Instagram page.
The team of football and music dignitaries also presented a national team jersey of Ivory Coast to the first lady of the country during their visit to the presidency.
