Rashford hails Cristiano Ronaldo as big infuence
Speaking ahead of Barcelona’s LaLiga clash with Girona on Saturday, Rashford said.
"Cristiano is the player who represented his country the most. I was lucky to play with him.
“Watching him up close taught me what it means to stay at the top for so many years,” Rashford told ITV.
The comment underscores that beyond goals and trophies, Ronaldo’s relentless presence and commitment, especially in becoming the most-capped player in men's international history, served as the greatest teaching moment for Rashford.
