Manchester United vs Wrexham
The game between the Premier League giants and Hollywood-back Wrexham was a highly anticipated clash.
A record crowd watched the 10-man Red Devils, who played the entire second half with ten men after Daniel Gore’s unfortunate red card, suffer the first defeat of their tour of the United States.
No fewer than 34, 248 were at the Snapdragon Stadium, a record attendance since the Stadium was opened to the public back in August last year per a report from United.
However, it was a learning experience for the largely youthful and inexperienced United team against League Two newbies Wrexham.
Two goals in the first half and a third in the second saw the Hollywood team brush aside the Red Devils academy boys, who netted a fine consolation goal thanks to right-back, Marc Jurado.
