Manchester United Women will step onto the grand stage of Old Trafford once again when they face Paris Saint-Germain in a blockbuster UEFA Women’s Champions League group-stage fixture.

The match is set for Wednesday, 12 November with kick-off at 20:00 GMT, under the iconic floodlights of the Theatre of Dreams.

Marc Skinner’s side, who are making their debut in the Champions League league phase, will relish the chance to play in front of a large home crowd against one of Europe’s elite.

United Women’s management confirmed the decision to take the tie to Old Trafford reflects the club’s desire to create unforgettable atmospheres for major fixtures.

“This is about giving our players the best stage possible and bringing our fans together for a night that celebrates how far we’ve come,” a club statement said.

While the PSG clash will take place at Old Trafford, United’s other home games in the group stage will remain at Leigh Sports Village (LSV). The Red Devils will welcome Valerenga in the opener and later take on defending champions Lyon in December.

United are also planning ahead their March WSL derby with Manchester City will also be hosted at Old Trafford.
