Kyle Walker: Man City star avoids criminal charges over shameful flashing antics
Manchester City star Kyle Walker has escaped facing criminal charges over his public exposure.
The Three Lions star will not face a criminal charge after footage emerged of him indecently exposing himself in a bar.
According to reports, the Manchester City and England footballer voluntarily attended a police station for questioning on Thursday following the circulation the embarrassing footage of the boozed-up footballer on social media.
What happened to Kyle Walker?
The alleged incident was said to have happened in a bar in Wilmslow, Cheshire, after Man City's 2-0 Premier League win against Newcastle earlier this month.
Cheshire Police confirmed Walker was given an out of court disposal - meaning he won't face a criminal charge - and "the matter is now closed".
A statement on Friday read: "On Wednesday 8 March, Cheshire Constabulary was made aware of a video circulating on social media in relation to an alleged incident at a bar in the Wilmslow area.
"Officers have now concluded their enquiries which included speaking to those directly involved.
"A 32-year-old man from Prestbury voluntarily attended a police station for questioning on 16 March.
"He has been dealt with by an out of court disposal and the matter is now closed." as per Sky News.
Walker’s flashing antics has not stopped him from playing for Pep Guardiola’s men having featured appeared in City’s matchday squad in their hard-fought win against Crystal Palace last weekend, before their 7-0 demolition of RB Leipzig in the Champions League.
The 32-year-old defender is expected to return this weekend for the defending English champions when they take on Burnley in the quarterfinals of the FA Cup on Saturday. March 18.
