Klay Thompson and Megan Thee Stallion are officially a thing!

Megan Thee Stallion and Klay Thompson have officially hard-launched their relationship, and fans are still picking their jaws up off the floor.

On Saturday, July 12, the NBA sharpshooter posted two steamy snaps to his Instagram, to seemingly confirm his new romance with the “Hiss” hitmaker. 

One photo from his recent dump shows the couple hand-in-hand with Megan’s signature talons and shell bracelet on full display.

And another snap captured the two outside a Bahamian resort, looking undeniably loved-up.

 The dating buzz first ignited when Megan recently posted a bikini photo set promoting her Hot Girl Summer swimwear line. 

In one blink-and-you’ll-miss-it shot, fans spotted a man lounging in the background — and it wasn’t just anyone. 

The man’s distinctive profile, build, and haircut quickly had the internet whispering: “That’s Klay.”

And TMZ went ahead to confirm the pair are dating, ‘at least for Summer ‘25.’

The photo went viral across social media, garnering reactions from fans of the pair.

And despite no verbal confirmation, fans began connecting the dots.

Until now, both stars remained silent.

But with Klay’s recent Instagram post, the couple has officially stepped out of soft-launch territory, and into the full spotlight.

While this is the first time either has confirmed a relationship with each other, both Megan and Klay have previously been linked to other high-profile names in sport and entertainment.

Megan’s most public relationship was with rapper Pardison “Pardi” Fontaine, which ended in early 2023. 

That same year, she was briefly linked to Napoli star Romelu Lukaku.

She was also rumoured to be romantically connected to Chicago Bulls player Torrey Craig earlier this year, and has often playfully embraced the “Hot Girl” single life in her lyrics and interviews.

Klay, on the other hand, has kept things notoriously private. 

He was previously linked to American actress Laura Harrier, though neither party ever confirmed their relationship. 

Over the years, Klay has managed to keep his love life out of headlines, until now.
