Peseiro's trip to Akure to watch Sunshine Stars was a productive one as the Super Eagles boss revealed he held discussions with the club over the possible invitation of home-based players.
The 62-year-old has spent time watching the Nigeria under-17 and u-20teams and was now last seen at the Akure Township Stadium.
The home side put up a good display for Peseiro with a 2-0 victory over Tornadoes thanks to two first-half goals.
The Super Eagles manager witnessed goals by Ekerette Anthony Udom and Samson Olasupo in the opening 30 minutes which settled the game.
Before his foray in Akure, Peseiro was in Abuja where he watched the Flying Eagles beat Zambian u-20s 4-2 in a friendly game in preparation for the u-20 AFCON.
Before then, Peseiro was also watching the under-17s, spending time in the Golden Eaglets camp in the search for Nigeria's next superstar.
