Manchester City striker Erling Haaland believes there is still room for improvement in his game and has identified a key quality from Lionel Messi that he would love to add.

Erling Haaland is one of the greatest goalscorers in the Premier League and in Europe.

His outstanding goal record has seen him bag two Premier League Golden Boots while shattering numerous records along the way.

Despite his iconic status, Haaland believes there are areas of his game that can still improve, to put him on course to becoming the best ever.

Speaking in a recent interview with SkySports, Haaland acknowledged that there are many things he would love to add to his game, but Lionel Messi's ability to weave through defences is something he would love.

“What is the one thing I'd add to my gameplay? There are a lot of things I would like to add, I think I would choose Lionel Messi's dribbling.."

Since joining Manchester City from Borussia Dortmund in 2022, Erling Haaland has gone on to shatter many goalscoring records in the Premier League. He scored 36 goals in his debut season, the most scored by a player in a single Premier League campaign ever.

Despite a less-than-satisfactory campaign for City, he has still managed 28 goals and provided four assists as the champions look to finish strong.
