Collins Sichenje’s Girlfriend Gushes Over Harambee Stars Defender as He Misses Season Finale
Harambee Stars defender Collins Sichenje has been getting to grips with his new surroundings in England and his better half seems to be playing a major role in making it comfortable.
Sichenje signed for English Championship club Charlton Athletic in January from Serbian club Vojvodina and watched from the bench for three matches before finally making his debut in February.
He would start three straight matches before a muscle injury that ruled him out for over one month, missing seven games and returned last month, playing three games but another setback struck last weekend which ruled him out of Saturday’s final match of the season away to Swansea City.
However, Sichenje is in good company as his girlfriend Sharon Njoki has been at his side, giving him support as he beds in at Charlton.
Love, affection and appreciation
Njoki gushed over the defender in a social media post this week, affirming her love for the former AFC Leopards star, who is looking to establish himself as a key player for Nathan Jones’ side.
“Every Season,” Njoki posted on Instagram, accompanying the post with photos of the two cozying up at the stadium.
Sichenje replied with love emojis showing his love, affection and appreciation to the delight of the couple’s social media followers who wished them well.
It is not certain how long Sichenje and Njoki have been together but she is a key support system for the Harambee Stars defender whose club secured their safety last weekend ahead of the final match of the regular season on Saturday.
