The USA international is reportedly keen as well, having struggled with injury, form, and consequently game time since signing for Chelsea.
He joined the West London side in 2019 and has only managed to play 145 games for the club, missing 55 games due to injury.
With the influx of young attacking talent at Chelsea, he has fallen further down the pecking order.
His contract expires in 2024, but the Blues are expected to be willing to let him leave, as they plan to shed excess weight this summer.
