Barca's away kit for the new season is a translucent "Team Gold" with hints of Persian violet and black, inspired by the classic colors of the teams Bryant played for.

His "Kobe Sheath" logo, resembling a sword in its scabbard, replaces the iconic Nike swoosh on the right side of the jersey.

The away shorts are black with Persian violet details and a textured snakeskin outline, a nod to Bryant's "Black Mamba" alter ego.

This kit aims to connect Kobe's fans with Barcelona, further amplifying the global impact of his legacy within the sports community, the Spanish champions explained.

The American basketball star was a fan of the club and often posed for photos with Barca players.

The partnership with Kobe Bryant's brand will continue through the 2027/2028 season. Barcelona will debut the new kit this Thursday in a friendly match against FC Seoul in South Korea's capital.
