A Harambee Stars player has opted to spend some of his CHAN 2024 bonuses by lifting underprivileged kids at a children’s home.
Harambee Stars players have been explaining some of their plans for the millions they earned following their run to the quarter-final of the 2024 African Nations Championships.
Each Stars player, who was part of Benni McCarthy’s squad, earned over Ksh5 million from the tournament, thanks to President Williams Ruto’s reward scheme, as well as bonuses from Football Kenya Federation.
That has seen the players face questions over how they plan to spend it and while some have been open about it, others have gone about their business quietly.
