The Nigerian wizard, who graced the Bolton Wanderers and Hull City midfields, never harboured ambitions of transitioning into the demanding world of coaching after calling time on his illustrious playing career in 2006.
Following his Premier League adventures, Okocha enjoyed a brief stint in Qatar before reuniting with his former Bolton manager Phil Brown at Hull City.
