Football Kenya Federation Premier League (FKFPL) side Mathare United have confirmed that the venue for their match against FC Talanta has been changed.
The Slum Boys were initially set to welcome Talanta at the Moi International Sports Centre Kasarani on Thursday, April 6. However, the venue has been changed to Police Sacco Stadium.

It will be the first time ever for the two sides to meet in the Last 16 of a knockout competition.
The initial date has also been changed to Wednesday, April 5, but the 3:15 pm kick off has remained, according to the club.
“Our FKF Premier League round 22 fixture against Talanta FC will be played at the Police Pavilion in South C on Wednesday.
The match will be the second of a scheduled doubleheader at the grounds and kick-off at 3:15 pm. Tickets will retail at KES 200 and will be sold at the match venue,” the club said in a statement.
The hosts Mathare United will go into their fourth fixture of the second half of the season behind a poor run of form that has produced one win in their four games.
The home side will also be desperate to move out of the relegation zone, and a win could see them climb up to 13th place on the table depending on other results.
Meanwhile, Talanta have fared better with one win, a draw, and two losses in their last four outings, but they have to find a consistent run of good form if they are to escape the axe too.
