Mara Sugar's Evans Ouma was named man of the match after stunning a star-studded Kenya Police side that included Mohammed Bajaber to send them into the FKF Cup semi final.
Mara Sugar goalkeeper Evans Ouma has revealed the reason behind his inspired display against Kenya Police during their FKF Cup quarter final clash held at Dandora Stadium on Sunday afternoon.
Ouma, who started in goal for the clash, was named the official man of the match following the clash that saw them beat Police 10-9 on penalties after drawing 1-1 during regulation time.
Ouma made some crucial saves to deny Police from adding more goals before the game ended, and saved two penalties to send Mara Sugar into the semi finals, where they will be facing Nicholas Muyoti’s Nairobi United as they seek to clinch their first major piece of silverware at the very first season.
