Manchester United Begin Pre-Season Training with Two New Signings

The Red Devils began preseason training with new signings Cunha and Leon as Fernandes and Dalot received extended leave.

Manchester United players have reported back to the club's training ground to begin their summer preparations.

New signings Matheus Cunha and Diego Leon were among those present for the first training session.

Other players included Amad Diallo, Mason Mount, Harry Amass, Toby Collier, Kobbie Mainoo, Noam Emeran, Hannibal Mejbri, Zidane Iqbal, Isak Hansen-Aarøen, Marc Jurado and Omari Forson.

Maxi Oyedele, Charlie McNeill, Mateo Mejia, Joe Hugill, Dan Gore, Rhys Bennett, Willy Kambwala, Shola Shoretire, Alejandro Garnacho, Alvaro Fernandez, Charlie Savage, Ethan Laird, Will Fish, and Radek Vitek are also among them.

The Red Devils released photos of Cunha and Leon meeting their new teammates.

Captain Bruno Fernandes and Diogo Dalot have been granted an additional week of leave to recover from the shock of their national teammate Diogo Jota's death.

Manchester United's first preseason match is on July 19th against Premier League rivals and newcomers, Leeds United. The club continues negotiations for Brentford winger Bryan Mbeumo, but an agreement with the Bees is yet to be reached.
