FOOTBALL Junior Harambee Starlets squad for CECAFA U-18 tourney revealed

The team will report to camp on Thursday, June 8, 2023.

The national girls Under 18 head coach Beldine Odemba has named her provisional squad for the upcoming CECAFA U18 Championships, to be played between June 24th to July 8th in Nairobi.

The team comprises two regular players from FKF Premier League sides, Ulinzi Starlets and Zetech Sparks namely Fasila Adhiambo and Ivy Chepkirui respectively.

Other notable names in the squad include Soccer Assassins FC midfielder Rebecca Kwoba and Fussball Naks Ladies striker Inna Akinyi.

“We are excited about the upcoming CECAFA U18 championships as this provides a great opportunity for our young talents to get exposure on an international stage,” said coach Beldine Odemba.
