Idrissa Gana Gueye delivered victory over Brentford and ensured Premier League safety for Sean Dyche's Everton.

Everton fans can finally relax in May after a stressful few years! Despite some tough times, including points deductions and uncertainty about the club's future, the Toffees have secured a spot in the top flight for the 71st year in a row.

Going into the game, Everton knew a win would guarantee their survival, and they got the job done with Gueye's goal.

It wasn't the most exciting match, but that didn't matter - the goal was to stay in the Premier League, and they achieved it.

Goodison Park will host top-flight football again next season, and fans can breathe a sigh of relief.

Elsewhere, Sheffield United became the first team to get relegated this season following a 5-1 defeat to Newcastle.

Alexander Isak scored twice to take his tally for the season to 19 goals as the race for the Golden Boot continues.
