There is plenty of local football action over the weekend with the FKF Cup final and the National Super League on the cards that could earn you an extra coin.

Here are five bets that could put some money in your pocket over the weekend.

Tusker win over Kakamega Homeboyz

The Brewers will head into the match looking to salvage their season after losing the title to Gor Mahia by a single point with the cup presenting them with a route back to continental football.

There is a common football adage that you sometimes have to suffer to win your first trophy and the suffering looks to extend for Homeboyz after coming close to winning the league last season albeit the league being annulled.

Homeboyz have a tricky path to the final, illuminating Gor Mahia, Kariobangi Sharks and AFC Leopards all former winners to get to the final but Tusker have the slight advantage of knowing how to win big games.

Ulinzi Stars win over AFC Leopards

AFC Leopards have the difficult task of winning the FKF Cup third place playoff without their head coach Patrick Aussems who took an early leave.

Ulinzi Stars have had a tumultuous season, but head into the final buoyed with confidence after their head coach Bernard Mwalala made a u-turn on his decision to leave the club.

AFC Leopards off field issues might come as a distraction to the players after the club suspended their captain and his assistant with followed an unsatisfactory AGM meeting.

Murang’a Seal win over Shabana

Shabana and Murang’a Seal have already booked a ticket to the Premier League next season but the league title is still up for grabs with the latter trailing the former by five points.

Tore Bobe are yet to register a win at the St. Sebastian Park and will find it hard to absent the cards with Murang’a possessing an 11 match unbeaten run.

Murang’a Seal are only one of two sides left in the league yet to suffer defeat at their own backyard alongside Migori Youth.

Egypt U23 win over Gabon U23

Reigning U-23 Africa Cup of Nations champions Egypt have to win to ensure their progress to the knockout stages of the tournament.

Group B is wide open as Niger and Egypt both have four points while Mali have three points leaving them with a chance still to qualify.

Gabon are already eliminated from the tournament following losses to Mali and Niger and will only play for pride in their last group encounter.

Sagan Tosu vs Urawa Red Diamonds Both teams to score

Sagan Tosu have been in a good scoring run, putting six past their Shonan Bellmare last time out and also shipped in six goals prior to that against Yokohama F. Marinos.

Urawa have also been finding the back of the net regularly also netting four goals against similar opposition Shonan Bellmare and went on to score in three consecutive games.
