Odada has enjoyed a stellar start to life in Denmark for Aalborg which has left his fans awestruck.

Aalborg BK fans have made their feelings for Harambee Stars midfield general Richard Odada known after enjoying a fine start to life in Denmark since sealing a loan move from American side Philadelphia Union.

Odada has orchestrated Aalborg’s midfield play from deep, just like he has been doing for Harambee Stars since taking over from Victor Wanyama, and has even looked assured in front of goal, scoring three times in six first-division games for the promotion-chasing side.

This run of form has left fans in awe of the lanky midfielder, composing a chant to honor him, which is sure to fuel him to delivering even more splendid performances for their club.

In the video below, a man is seen using a megaphone standing on the advertisement boards, as he initiates the chant, joined by his fellow fans.

“Da-da-da-da Richard Odada, Richard Odada, Richard Odada,” the fans chant repeatedly.

Odada is then seen applauding the fans before getting them going, repaying the favor as they continue serenading him.

The Kenyan international is now among the first names on the team sheet and he has rewarded his coach with impressive displays.

Odada left Philadelphia after getting frustrated with lack of playing time and with his loan deal including an option to buy, he could make the move permanent next season if he maintains the fine form.

AaB now sits comfortably at the summit of the league table with 27 points from 11 rounds. Their next challenge awaits them away against AC Horsens next Friday at 19:00, as they aim to continue their impressive run in the competition.
