It will be the first time ever for the two sides to meet in the Last 16 of a knockout competition.
Kenya Police FC will this weekend host Ulinzi Stars in the FKF Cup Last 16 at the newly constructed Police Sacco Stadium.
The fixture, dubbed as Security Forces Derby, is scheduled for Saturday, 1 April, with the kickoff set at 3:15 pm.
Earlier this week, Kenya Police FC Chief Executive Officer Chris Mmbwanga inspected the facility accompanied by the stadium manager Charles Omondi and approved it ready to host the clash.
To qualify for the Mozzart Bet Round of 16, Police FC brushed aside Nakuru-based Scarlet FC in Round 32, while Ulinzi Stars defeated National Super League side Kajiado FC.

Kenya lost their first match on the international stage since FIFA lifted the suspension.
This will be the second meeting between Police and Ulinzi this year, with the first derby being a Football Kenya Federation Premier League match which ended in a goalless stalemate.
The winner of the match will proceed to the quarterfinals of the competition whose winner will represent the country in next season's CAF Confederation Cup.
Police Sacco Stadium has yet to host any event since it was commissioned in February by President William Ruto.
The construction of the 5,000-capacity stadium, which is located at Kenya Police CID Training School in Nairobi's South C area, began in February 2022 and is also home to a volleyball pitch and seven-lane athletics track.
However, the stadium will be expected to expand to a 10,000 seater facility in order to enhance its use by the Police teams and neighboring community.
Police Sacco Stadium will also be available for national teams and top-flight clubs, but at a fee.
