Sifan Hassan and Eliud Kipchoge lead star-studded fields at the 2025 London Marathon, aiming for victory and a share of the lucrative prize money on offer.
Sifan Hassan and Eliud Kipchoge headline strong fields for the London Marathon on Sunday, April 27, looking to win the races but also win the millions of prize money set aside for the top finishers.
Sifan Hassan won the 2023 edition of the London Marathon as she was making her debut over the full distance, and she will be looking forward to reclaiming her title.
The 2023 season was perhaps one of her most successful as she went on to claim a silver medal in the 5000m and a bronze in the 1500m. She ended her season with a win at the Chicago Marathon.
