Faith Kipyegon, Beatrice Chebet, Sha’Carri Richardson, and Noah Lyles are among the stars who now know when their Diamond League battles will unfold in 2026, with the calendar largely unchanged.
The schedule for the 2026 Wanda Diamond League season has been officially confirmed, with the global athletics series set to kick off in Doha on May 8 and conclude with a two-day final in Brussels from September 4 to 5.
Following a mixed 2025, where some of the world's top athletes broke world records while others struggled to make a chance, an opportunity has been presented for redemption next season.
Kenya’s Faith Kipyegon and Beatrice Chebet, who broke world records, American sprint star Sha’Carri Richardson, and Noah Lyles will once again compete across four continents in the 17th season of track and field's premier one-day circuit.
