The Duke and Duchess of Sussex are in Nigeria to promote the Invictus Games and raise awareness about mental health issues among young people affected by conflict.
Their second day of the visit saw them start with a game of sitting volleyball in Abuja before spending time with Nigeria Unconquered, the organisation that puts together the country's Invictus Games team.

Kenya Pipeline Company has given the Kenya Volleyball Federation a shot in the arm as it plans to celebrate its 50th anniversary with a volleyball extravaganza.
Harry looked at ease as he sat of the ground and served and received the ball to the delight of the players and onlookers.
There was Team Harry and Team CDS, the latter a team led by Nigeria’s military's chief of defence staff, who is coordinating the duo’s visit to the west African country.
Other players were army veterans who fought against the country's Islamist insurgency, such as Peacemaker Azuegbulam, who lost his leg while fighting Boko Haram.
Azuegbulam made history when he won a first gold medal by an African player at the Invictus Games in Germany last year.
The Invictus Games is a sports event for injured veterans and members of the armed forces that Prince Harry co-founded in 2014.
Prince Harry and Meghan then graced a basketball event in Lagos organised by the Giants of Africa on Sunday.
