[WATCH] Sha'Carri Richardson captured in training mentoring her teammates ahead of US Olympic trials
World's fastest woman Sha'Carri Richardson is to be an asset in her training group after she was captured mentoring her teammates as they prepare for the US Olympic trials.
Richardson, who last competed at the Prefontaine Classic Diamond League, where she defeated a loaded 100m field in a Season's Best (SB) of 10.83s to bounce back to winning ways, will be gunning to win the US trials and also qualify in the 200m event to secure her spot at the Paris Olympic Games.
In the video, the world 100m champion was seen encouraging and putting some of her mates, while she worked through her paces as well.
With a busy schedule both on and off track, it's good to see she has a good camaraderie with her mates and they respect her knowledge in sprinting.
Richardson is a top favourite to win the women's 100m at the Olympic trials, which will be the starting point to make her mark in Paris by aiming for another iconic championship and prove that her 2023 season was no fluke.
