[WATCH] Oblique Seville spotted training in Paris ahead of clash against top sprinters at Olympics

Oblique Seville is burning the midnight oil ahead of an epic clash against Noah Lyles, Ferdinand Omanyala, Letsile Tebogo and some of the top sprinters at the Paris 2024 Olympic Games.

The Jamaican sprinter landed in the French capital on Thursday ahead of the duel and has been training hard in preparation for a date with destiny.

A video making rounds on social media pictures Seville racing on a track in Paris, as days fast approach for the Olympic Games scheduled to begin on August 1 to 11. The 23-year-old has been impressive this season and he has plans to continue the winning streak to the purple track at the Stade de France.

He opened his season at the Racers Grand Prix, beating triple world champion to second place in the race. Seville clocked a personal best time of 9.82 as Lyles came in second in 9.83.

Seville then raced at the Jamaican Olympic trials, winning the preliminaries and semifinal in 9.98 and 9.83. He was flawless in the final, finishing second behind Kishane Thompson in the hotly contested race.

The Jamaican sprint king also competed in the 200m and 400m, winning the races at the Velocity Fest 14 and the Camperdown Classics events respectively.
