'Very worried' — Arsenal boss Arteta confirms big injury blow after Villa draw
Arsenal are having a hard time with injuries and an even harder time stringing together positive results.
The Gunners are already without Bukayo Saka, and star defender William Saliba could be out for a few weeks.
Manager Mikel Arteta touched on Saliba's absence from the Gunners' matchday squad for their 2-2 draw with Aston Villa on Saturday.

When asked about his star defender's condition after the game, Arteta replied:
"No, we don't know too much, not yet. I think tomorrow we will have more information, we will have another test on him and we will be clearer about that."
Arteta admitted that Saliba's injury is a significant worry, especially given the team's current squad numbers.
"Yeah, for sure, especially with the numbers that we have in the squad and looking at our bench – we are very worried," he said.
In Saliba's absence, Jurrien Timber partnered with Gabriel Magalhaes in central defense, but the pair struggled, conceding two goals within nine minutes in the second half.
The draw was a significant setback for Arsenal's Premier League title bid.
