South Africa have been pitted against Canada, while Japan are to take on Chile in the 13th-place semis.
Meanwhile, France will take on Australia – the Series Champions – in the first Cup Main semi-final.
France made their way into the semis after beating Great Britain, while Australia booked their place after seeing off New Zealand, who had made four straight final appearances.
