Tryvon Bromell stuns in black tuxedo as he weds long-time partner at private ceremony
Two-time world 100m bronze medallist Tryvon Bromell has quit the bachelor’s club following his wedding to his fiancé Alexys Lauryn on Sunday.
The American tied the knot in a private ceremony attended by a few friends and family and was stunning in his black tuxedo while his partner wore an all-white gown.
The ceremony seems to have been conducted at a hotel whose backyard overlooks the beach after which the couple did a little dance before joining those in attendance for a meal.
Bromell and Lauryn were engaged in December 2023 when they both announced it via social media as the sprinter finally ended speculation about his personal life.
The 28-year-old will hope this is a beginning of a new chapter not just in his personal life but his career after experiencing a number of setbacks in recent years.
Bromell returned to action on Saturday when he posted a season’s best 10.14 to finish third behind Olympic 200m champion Andre De Grasse of Canada and Olympic 100m champion Marcell Jacobs of Italy (10.11) at the Penn Relays in Jacksonville, Florida.

“First race since my surgery 10.14 SB. Thank you to God, from here we build,” Bromell posted on social media after the race.
Bromell has faced many trials and tribulations in his career from major injury, police brutality to trauma.
He went through surgery on his knees several times and has also had to deal with an injury in his left hip as well as a right forearm fracture.
The Florida native is therefore hoping for some good tidings this year as he rebuilds his career ahead of the Paris Olympics.
