Ouma took charge of the club in 2022 after Ken Odhiambo decided to part ways with the club after a series of poor results while in charge.
He initially rejoined the club in 2021 just three days after leaving his position as head coach of Harambee Starlets.
He had previously spent five years at the club in different capacities before being appointed byHarambee Starlets head coach.
As a Sports Director, his work would entail being in charge of Youth Development structures and recruitment of talented players.
Ouma made it his commitment to giving young players a chance in his time at the dugout. He has given a lot of playing time to the likes of Jacob Onyango, Ben Stanley Omondi and Adis Panoam, and will now be taking it as a responsibility to fully focus on the identification of unearthed talented gems who can be useful to the club.
