Noah Lyles and Sha'Carri Richardson learn schedules and venue for Olympic trials
World 100m champions Noah Lyles and Sha’Carri Richardson will not have much time on their hands since the focus has now shifted to the Paris Olympic Games next year.
The Americans will have to go back to training as soon as they can as they prepare for the Olympic trials set to be held at the Hayward Field in Eugene, USA.
The Hayward Field will be hosting the U.S. Olympic Track and Field Trials for a fifth consecutive time next year.
According to NBC Sport, the meet will see the top three finishers in most events qualify for the Olympic team. The Track and Field trials will be June 21-30 at the University of Oregon.

Previously, Eugene hosted the track and field trials in 1972, 1976, 1980, 2008, 2012, 2016 and 2021. Last year, Eugene became the first U.S. host of the world outdoor track and field championships, the World championships.
The venue also hosts the annual Prefontaine Classic on the Diamond League, the sport’s top international circuit.
