Sources say there is strong optimism on Harden’s side that it will happen.
According to The Athletic, the Clippers and the Miami Heat have emerged as suitors for the former MVP with the Clippers looking like strong candidates.
Harden averaged 21 points and 10.7 assists per game last season after being traded from Brooklyn to Philadelphia in 2022.
The 33-year-old signed a two-year, $68,640,000 deal with the 76ers ahead of last season but was unable to prevent his team from falling in the Eastern Conference semifinals to the Celtics.
