Per Daily Mail, Yamal’s ‘mafia-themed’ birthday party was reportedly held at a luxury private estate, drawing a who’s-who of celebrity guests, including Formula One’s Charles Leclerc, world’s famous streamer IShowSpeed, reggaeton heavyweight Ozuna, and several Barça teammates like Gavi, Raphinha, and Alejandro Balde

But it’s not the guest list causing outrage, it’s what allegedly happened behind the scenes.

Former Miss Teenager Spain, Claudia Calvo, dropped the first bombshell, claiming she was contacted to attend the party under highly questionable terms

Speaking to Tardear TV, she alleged that organisers specifically requested women who were “blonde” and had “a certain breast size”, offering between €10,000 and €20,000 for a full 24-hour appearance.

“They never explained exactly what was expected, just that you had to have a certain look and be available for the whole day,” she said.

Entertainers with Dwarfism at the centre of controversy

The backlash intensified when images surfaced on social media showing performers with dwarfism at the event — prompting Spain’s ADEE (Association of People with Achondroplasia and Other Skeletal Dysplasias) to issue a scathing statement

They accused Yamal’s party of “objectifying” individuals with disabilities and vowed to pursue legal and social action, warning the event violated dignity laws.

'It's unacceptable that in the 21st century, people with dwarfism continue to be used as entertainment at private parties, and even more serious when these incidents involve public figures like Lamine Yamal,’ said ADEE president Carolina Puente.

'The dignity and rights of our community are not entertainment for anyone, under any circumstances.

'Shows or recreational activities in which people with disabilities or other circumstances are used to provoke mockery, ridicule, or derision from the public in a manner contrary to the respect due to human dignity are prohibited.

'When a person with social influence participates in these types of situations, the damage is even greater, because it conveys to society - especially to young people -that discrimination is acceptable.'

But in an unexpected twist, one of the performers hired for the party spoke out in defence of Yamal, telling RAC1 via Marca, “No one disrespected us. We danced, gave out shots, did magic. We are entertainers, and this is what we do.”

The entertainer, who signed a non-disclosure agreement, went further: “We’re just people trying to work. These critics want to ban our job but haven’t given us alternatives. We are not monkeys in a fair.”

The Spanish General Director of Disability, Jesús Martín, has called for an official investigation, stating that public figures like Yamal must set an example.

In his statements to EFE via Cadena Ser, he acknowledged that he doesn't like this situation at all: "We are concerned that people with money, people with power, believe they can get away with it,"

If found in breach of discrimination laws, organisers could face fines up to €1 million under incoming legislation.

Yamal has yet to publicly address the growing controversy.

With pressure mounting, and legal threats from ADEE on the table, what began as a private celebration may end in public accountability.
