Serie A side Juventus are reported to be keeping tabs on Barcelona's youngster, Vitor Roque, who is said to be frustrated by his limited game time in the recently-concluded season.
Vitor Roque’s situation
Roque, 19, joined Barcelona in the winter transfer window. However, it was ahead of schedule, as the club initially wanted to integrate him in preseason before the injuries to key players in the squad.
This, according to Xavi, and the youngster’s need to acclimatise with European football meant his appearances on the pitch were few and far between.
The player's agent as well as members of his family have publicly spoken against this perceived ill-treatment, with his representative Andre Curry even going as far as saying the player could leave the club only six months after joining.
Juventus on the prowl
According to Gazzetta Dello Sport, true to the words of the player's entourage, they are evaluating possible destinations for the Brazilian, and Juventus are said to have been offered the player.
The Old Lady are said to be evaluating the possibility of a move, but it will be contingent on Moise Kean’s exit or the progression of Arek Millik’s injury.
It remains to be seen if Barcelona will be interested in letting him go, as new Blaugrana manager Hansi Flick reportedly wants to keep the talent at the club.
