Josh Okogie's monster block seals Phoenix Suns win against Orlando Magic
The Phoenix Suns recorded a 116-113 victory at home against the Orlando Magic in an NBA fixture played in the early hours of Friday, March 17, 2023.
The young Magic side went toe to toe with the Suns to create a one-point lead at the end of the first quarter.
The Suns battled in the second quarter to put up a 33-point and take a four-point lead at the halftime break.
Led by Devin Booker the Suns put up 31 points and extended their lead to eight points.
Rookie of the year favorite, Paolo Banchero and Markelle Fultz inspired a late comeback for the Magic but the Suns held on for a three-point victory.

Josh Okogie provides a monster block as Suns beat Magic
Nigerian professional basketball player Joshua Okogie provided the clutch block for the Suns to beat the Magic.
The Suns had a three-point lead as the Magic Head Coach Jamahl Mosley took a time out to draw up a play.
The Magic inbounded the ball to set up a three-point shot for Banchero but Okogie played great defense and a block to seal the game.
Speaking about the block, Okogie said, "I love the challenge and I love the opportunity...I think it's fun.

Okogie shines as Suns beat Magic
The 24-year-old Okogie also played an integral role as the Suns beat the Magic.
In the absence of Kevin Durant, Suns Head Coach Monty William retained Okogie in the starting lineup.
In 31 minutes of action, Okogie stuffed the stat sheet as he put up 15 points, four rebounds, four assists, three steals, and three blocks.
He made four of 14 shots, two of 10 from three-point range, and was a perfect five from the free throw line.
Okogie returns to action when the Suns travel to face the Oklahoma City Thunder in their next fixture scheduled for Sunday, March 19, 2023.
