In a candid reflection, the 27-year-old expressed how much she values peace, solitude, and self-care, with good food taking a central role in her recovery routine.

The former Leicester defender shared how she relaxes and rewards herself after strenuous matches or training.

“I like to treat myself after a tough match or training session. I like peace. I like to spend time with myself. I like to be in nature; I love food so much, so I treat myself to really nice food, good music, and being in nature. I like the sun by the beach or any kind of nature; greenery, mountains, or anything of the sort,” Plumptre said via Nigerian Tribune.
