Super Eagles striker Tolu Arokodare showed he’s in sizzling form after netting twice in a thrilling 4-2 preseason win for KRC Genk over German side Hannover 96.

The preseason friendly, played at Genk’s base camp in Marienfeld, featured two 70-minute halves with different lineups. 

After trailing 2-0 early on, Genk fought back through a series of sharp attacks. Arokodare came off the bench in the second half and quickly made his mark.

His first goal came from a perfectly timed cross by Jarne Steuckers, which Arokodare finished with precision to bring Genk within one. 

Ten minutes later, he was again in the right place at the right time, heading home a cross from Nkuba to give Genk a 3-2 lead.
