After Bayern Munich's 3-2 friendly win over Tottenham, Kane shared his thoughts on the move and was full of praise for both parties.

"Yeah, he should be great. Dom is a great player and plays with high intensity and high speed."
Kane is confident Solanke will thrive under Ange Postecoglou's management:
"For sure, he's going to get chances in this team with the way Ange plays. You saw that today, two top teams going at it."
Kane concluded with a glowing review of the signing:
"I think it's a really good signing. I've seen him in the dressing room there and I just wished him all the best and of course I hope he has a great season."
Solanke joined Tottenham from Bournemouth in a deal worth up to £65million, signing a contract until 2030, and will be expected to make his debut in the season opener against newly-promoted Leicester City next Sunday.
