Moses Shumah Scores a Brace

Playing at Arthur Davies Stadium, Shumah made an immediate impact, opening the scoring just seven minutes into the game.

The former Kakamega Homeboyz striker capitalised on his team's strong start to give the home side an early advantage.

Power Dynamos quickly doubled their lead five minutes later when Frederick Mulambia found the net, establishing a comfortable 2-0 cushion within the first quarter-hour.

Despite the early setback, MUZA FC fought their way back into the contest. Their efforts were rewarded just before halftime when Mukaka Francis scored, cutting the deficit to 2-1 and setting up a tense second half.

The visitors carried their momentum into the second period, stunning the home crowd just five minutes after the restart. Given that Kalusa scored the equaliser, levelling the match and creating a dramatic showdown.

However, MUZA's comeback was short-lived. Five minutes later, Shumah once again proved his worth, rising to meet a precise cross from Chifundo Mphasi and heading the ball into the net to restore Dynamos' lead.

Moses Shumah, who was chasing a second consecutive hat-trick, was substituted with five minutes left on the clock. His team sealed the victory shortly after when substitute Brian Masanyinga added a fourth goal, securing a comprehensive win for the hosts.

This brace was Moses Shumah's second in nine days, bringing his total to an impressive seven goals in that span. His 14 league goals now give him a four-goal lead in the race for the Golden Boot in what is his debut season in Zambia.
