Grealish has had a difficult season, hit with injuries and poor performances during games when available.
He has struggled to get into Pep Guardiola's side this season and has dropped down the pecking order in the team.
Following his struggles at the Etihad, he is expected to leave the club at the end of the season.
Grealish edges closer to leaving
According to Sportal.bg, Grealish has been left out of the Manchester City squad to face Fulham on the final day of the season.
The midfielder, known for his occasional off-field indiscretions, was among the last to leave Kevin De Bruyne's farewell party, departing well after 1:30 a.m.
This reportedly did not sit well with manager Pep Guardiola, who subsequently omitted Grealish from the squad for today's crucial match against Fulham, a game with significant Champions League implications for City. This benching isn't unprecedented in recent months.
Since the start of the year, Grealish has managed just 143 minutes across six Premier League appearances, often finding himself on the bench for entire matches, including the FA Cup final loss against Crystal Palace.
Guardiola himself has confirmed recent discussions with Grealish regarding his future, and a summer departure from the Etihad seems increasingly likely.
His substantial wages could pose a hurdle to any potential transfer, but City may be open to a loan arrangement, potentially subsidising a portion of his salary. Grealish's current contract runs until the summer of 2027.
