Kenya will face defending champions Somalia in the CECAFA U-17 AFCON qualifiers, aiming to secure a continental berth.
Kenya have been drawn in a challenging Group B alongside defending champions Somalia, South Sudan and Sudan for the upcoming CAF U-17 Africa Cup of Nations (AFCON) – CECAFA qualifiers.
The highly anticipated tournament will take place from December 14-27, 2024, in Uganda at the Hamz Stadium in Nakivubo and St. Mary’s Stadium, Kitende.

“All teams will have their players undergo the mandatory Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) tests to determine if they are eligible to play in the tournament,” noted Mossi.
