Super Cup final: Ancelotti confirms injury boost ahead of Barcelona clash

Real Madrid have been handed a significant injury boost ahead of the Spanish Super Cup final against Barcelona on Sunday.

Manager Carlo Ancelotti confirmed that Jude Bellingham, Luka Modric, and Aurelien Tchouameni are all expected to be fit for the clash in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.

Ancelotti provided a positive update on the trio's fitness, saying: "Jude Bellingham is fit and ready for the final, he has recovered well. Same for Modric and Tchouameni."

The Italian manager highlighted the importance of Bellingham's availability, stating:

"He is very important because he is on a good run. He is a player who has made the difference at the moment."

Modric, who had been sidelined with a viral infection, returned to training on Friday.

Bellingham and Federico Valverde had also been managing an overload after the semi-final match against Mallorca.

The players who started against Mallorca, including Modric, were limited to recovery work during Friday's training session, while the substitutes focused on gym work and physical drills.
