Richardson will be gunning for a perfect start and a well-executed race in the final if she's to achieve her goal of successfully defending her US title and making the team to Paris.
Meanwhile, her training partner Melissa Jefferson will pose a major challenge after posting her fastest time since becoming the US Champion in 2022.
Jefferson clocked a Season's Best (SB) of 10.87s for an impressive victory in her semifinal race, with Aleia Hobbs coming in second in 10.99s and TeeTee Terry third in 11.04s to also make the final.
Tamara Clark won the last semifinal race clocking a time of 11.09s (0.0). Candace Hill made her first US Olympic Trials final also running 11.09s in second. NCAA Champion McKenzie Long didn't qualify after placing fourth in 11.15s.
