‘I have things to learn’ - Osimhen reveals plan to link up with Chelsea and PSG legends at Galatasaray

Osimhen made his debut for Galatasaray after his loan move in their 5-0 thumping of Rizespor.

The 2023 CAF player of the year was given a warm welcome by the Galatasaray fans and the striker reciprocated with an emotional message on his Instagram. 

Following his impressive debut, he wants to build a close bond with Michy Batshuayi and Mauro Icardi at Galatasaray to learn from them.

Osimhen has reiterated his desire to work together and build positive relationships with the former stars of Chelsea and Inter Milan.

According to a post from FootballTweet on X, Osimhen said, “Icardi is a legend of this game. 

“Batshuayi is also a deadly player. I have things to learn from them, we will cooperate. We will improve each other’s quality.

Osimhen has assumed the role of first-choice striker for the team, replacing Icardi, who has spent the previous two seasons at Galatasaray, and Batshuayi, who recently came from Fenerbahce.

Buruk Okan, the Galatasaray coach, might need to adjust his formation to make room for the two elite strikers, Batshuayi and Icardi.

Osimhen will be looking to make an impact in Galatasaray before the end of his season-long loan deal.
