He doesn't know his job - Angry Enyimba fan tackles Super Eagles legend Nwankwo Kanu
A concerned fan of Enyimba FC, Ndubuisi Agu, has publicly expressed his disappointment with the club's current state under the leadership of its chairman, Kanu Nwankwo.
The former Arsenal star was appointed chairman of the Aba-based club in 2023.
What Agu said
In a post on his Facebook page, Agu criticised the Super Eagles legend for his alleged absence from the club's affairs, stating that fans expected him to take Enyimba FC to greater heights.
Agu accused Kanu of spending more time abroad while the club struggles, urging him to step down if he cannot handle the responsibilities of the position.
Agu further questioned how many times the former Ajax man had attended Enyimba's matches to support the team, emphasising that the club should not be handled with a lack of seriousness.
"Since we made Kanu Nwankwo Enyimba FC Chairman, it seems he doesn't really know why we made him the chairman or his job," Agu wrote.
He continued, "Sir, we made you our chairman for you to take us to another level, but the level you are taking us to now is what we can't understand. We fans are disappointed."
"You now stay abroad while we suffer here. If you can't do the job bro, please step down. This is not the Enyimba FC we used to know. Our management adirọ mma (is not good) at all.
"This is Enyimba FC we are talking about, not Agamkpa FC, please. Be serious with this job," he concluded.
Fans had high expectations for Enyimba following Kanu's appointment due to his vast experience in football but it seems the former Arsenal star has failed to satisfy supporters of the Aba Elephant.
