Barcelona president confirms new signing
Although the club is yet to make an official announcement via their channels, Barcelona president Joan Laporta confirmed that they have completed the signing of Brazilian youngster Vitor Roque.
The 18-year-old striker is already a Brazil international, making his debut in March of this year.
As previously reported, Barcelona will pay a €30 million guaranteed fee, and another €31 million in add-ons which includes a Ballon d'Or clause.
Due to the Blaugrana's FFP woes, Roque is expected to join in 2024, rather than this summer.
What Laporta said
Following the club missing out on Turkish talent Arda Guler to rivals Real Madrid, despite the Blaugrana reported to be close to the deal, Barcelona completed the signing of another youngster they have tailed for long, Vitor Roque.

The news of the club reaching agreement to sign him has been reported days ago, however, the club are yet to announce him officially as their third signing of the window, after Ilkay Gundogan and Inigo Martinez.
Barcelona's president has now put the fans' minds at rest, confirming that the deal has been completed, and that Vitor Roque will become a Barcelona player.
