ATHLOS NYC 2025: Shelly-Ann Fraser-Pryce set to be honoured in celebration of her legendary career
The ATHLOS NYC 2025 track meet is set to be a memorable event as the legendary Shelly-Ann Fraser-Pryce will be specially celebrated as a Guest of Honour, acknowledging her iconic career.
Announcing this on their social media platforms, the ATHLOS organizers revealed the Jamaican sprint queen will be given her honours as she retires from the sport.
"Icons don’t just run fast, they move generations. ATHLOS honors Shelly-Ann Fraser-Pryce this Friday at Icahn Stadium, celebrating a lifetime of speed, excellence, and legacy."
ATHLOS boss Alexis Ohanian also stated on the @CBSMornings show that honouring Fraser-Pryce felt very right, and his wife Serena Williams will be present for the crowning moment.
