Arsenal 2-2 Tottenham: Super Eagles legend Kanu and wife Amara team up with Rwandan President
In a thrilling Sunday North London derby, the visitors twice rallied from behind to tie 2-2 at Arsenal thanks to a brace from Tottenham Hotspur captain Son Heung-min.
After 26 minutes, Arsenal took the lead on a Cristian Romero own goal, but Son equalized just before halftime as the visitors started to gain control of the match.
In the 54th minute, Romero then gave up a penalty, which Bukayo Saka converted.
Spurs quickly responded as Son took advantage of a dreadful error made by Arsenal's substitute Jorginho.
Kanu and Amara attend Arsenal's 2-2 draw against Tottenham
Super Eagles of Nigeria legend Nwankwo Kanu was at the Emirates Stadium to watch his former team in action.
Kanu who is now 47-year-old attended the game along with his wife Amara.
Amara took to her official social media platforms to give followers photos and videos of their time at the game.
In one of the photos posted, Amara and Kanu posed along with the current president of Rwanda, Paul Kagame.
Nigerian Afrobeats musician and songwriter Michael Adebayo Olayinka, popularly known as Ruger recently went to watch the Gunners in action.
Nigerian reggae-dancehall singer and songwriter Patrick Nnaemeka Okorie, better known by his stage name Patoranking was also at the stadium to watch Arsenal.
Patoranking and Ruger follow in the footsteps of Lagos State Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu who attended Arsenal's opening-day match at the Emirates Stadium.
