London Marathon: Why Eliud Kipchoge Could Earn More Than Winner Sebastian Sawe Despite Sixth Place Finish
Eliud Kipchoge finished sixth at the 2025 London Marathon but he could end up pocketing more than the race winner and here is how.
In a teaser for the upcoming first episode of Puma’s Go Wild Podcast, Bolt humorously shared the response he gives his kids when they bring up the subject of greatness.
“Yes. Look at my face. Your dad is greatness,” said Usain Bolt.
Throughout his career, Bolt has redefined what it means to be a champion, securing his place in history by winning consecutive 100m and 200m titles at three straight Olympic Games, from Beijing 2008 to Rio 2016.
Additionally, his prowess on the track earned him 11 gold medals and two silver medals at the World Championships, cementing his legacy as the fastest man alive.
Reflecting on his experience with fame, Bolt recalled the moment he truly understood the depth of his stardom.
"I was walking out the tunnel, and then you heard people start chanting, 'Bolt, Bolt.' It was a shock to my system. I figured it out, and if I do good, they're going to love me. If I do bad, it's going to be an issue. I'm the one who set the bar where it is now," he explained.

Letsile Tebogo Vows Key Fix Following Dissapointing 100m Xiamen Diamond League Showing
Letsile Tebogo has revealed what he will work on to make ammends for his poor seventh place finish at the Xiamen Diamond League on Saturday.
Bolt has also been candid about his hopes for their future. In a 2021 interview with PEOPLE magazine, the Jamaican sprinter expressed that he would fully support his children in whatever paths they choose, whether it involves sports or not.
"I'm sure they're going to be tall, I can tell. When they get their checkup, they're like, 'Wow. They're really growing. They're going to be tall.' So, I know that much, but for me, anything they want to do, I'm just going to support them. That's always a key thing: Just support your child in whatever they want to do. So if they don't want to run, if they don't want to do sports, I'm okay with it," said Usain Bolt as per SportsKeeda.
