Taiwo Awoniyi: Super Eagles star and wife declare love forever

Super Eagles of Nigeria forward Taiwo Awoniyi has taken social media by storm.

On Friday, June 16, Awoniyi and his wife took to social media to celebrate their wedding anniversary.

Awoniyi is part of the Super Eagles of Nigeria set up for the upcoming Africa Cup of Nations (AFCON) qualifiers against Sierra Leone.

He took time to celebrate his wife and their son on his birthday with a post on his official Instagram account.

Along with a photo of the family Awoniyi posted a photo that said, "Thank you for keeping up with this guy

"Next 🌎, it’s you again. Happy anniversary 🫶❤️🥰 wife me @mrs_taiyeawoniyi>

His wife also celebrated the special occasion on social media.

Along with a photo of the family was a message that said, "You are the love I never thought I would find, and I wouldn’t trade you for anything in the world. 

"Happy anniversary Ayomi, love you now and forever ❤️❤️❤️@awoniyi18."

Awoniyi celebrates with his wife following his return to Nigeria.

Awoniyi is back in Nigeria after helping Nottingham Forest avoid relegation in the Premier League.

Upon his return, Awoniyi gifted the Emir of Ilorin, Alhaji Ibrahim Zulu Gambari, a  Nottingham Forest jersey.
